1. Introduction
Welcome to Hotel Grand Uday, Salasar. By making a reservation and staying at our hotel, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all guests and visitors of Hotel Grand Uday.
2. Reservations
- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Hotel Grand Uday.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Identification: Valid identification (passport, government-issued ID) is required at check-in.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.
- No-Shows: No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation period, including room rate and taxes.
4. Payment
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and other specified digital payments.
- Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in.
5. Hotel Policies
- Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Requests for early check-in or late check-out can be made at the front desk and are subject to availability and hotel occupancy. A late check-out fee of Rs 1000 will apply from 12:00 noon to 04:00 PM.
- Children Policy:
- Only one child aged 6-7 years is allowed per room free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Additional children will be charged for an extra bed.
- Minimum Age Requirement:
- The primary guest must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport) must be presented at check-in. PAN cards are not valid for check-in.
- Government Taxes:
- We are GST registered and provide input credit on bookings.
- Online travel portal bookings include all taxes. Rates provided over the phone and email exclude taxes and must be confirmed as NET rates including GST.
- Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
- Non-Smoking Policy: Hotel Grand Uday is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
- No Alcohol Policy: Hotel Grand Uday is a strictly no-alcohol property. If found with alcohol on hotel premises, you will not be allowed to stay, and there will be no refund.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
- Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. Charges for repair or replacement will be billed to the guest.
- Breakfast Plans: Breakfast plans are subject to availability.
6. Liability
- Personal Belongings: Hotel Grand Uday is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Accidents and Injuries: Guests are responsible for their own safety and Hotel Grand Uday is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises.
7. Privacy
- Guest Information: Personal information provided by guests during the booking process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Surveillance: For security purposes, the hotel premises are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
8. Amendments
Hotel Grand Uday reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of guests to review the terms and conditions periodically.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Salasar.
