Refund & Cancellation Policy

For reservations at Hotel Grand Uday, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.
• No-Shows: No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation period, including room rate and taxes.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-8 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
